Trafficking in Persons

The CRTEC TIP-ID Program is a comprehensive program that INFORMS, TRAINS and ACTIVATES individuals and organizations to be able to bring restorative services to the victims of Human Trafficking.

This program includes four modules involving advocacy to activation

The modules are as follows:

Phase One: Advocacy

  • Purpose
    • To inform groups, schools, churches and social organizations of the scope and devastation involved in the organization of trafficking in persons.
  • Method
    • From brief speaking opportunities to lunch & learns and full briefings, we look for and establish venues of distribution of information concerning the Trafficking of Persons.

Phase Two: TIP-ID Training

  • Purpose
    • Providing qualified training and establishes certified TIP Investigators located in established areas of community who are able to identify Child TIP victims.
  • Method
    • Utilizing the CRTEC TIP-ID  Certification manual and course held in regional cities, this course equips, and establishes key personnel with eyes and ears for child TIP.

Phase Three A: Registration/Verification-Individuals

  • Purpose
    • Providing a National Registry of INDIVIDUALS who are trained in the Identification and Notification regarding victims of trafficking.
  • Method
    • The National TIP-ID Registry includes qualified individuals located across the US who as resources can identify victims or organizations involved in trafficking and make the appropriate notification.

Phase Three B: Registration/ Verification-Organizations

  • Purpose
    • Providing a National Registry of Resourcing child services agencies, NGOs, Governmental and Law Enforcement with Identification, Notification and Restorative services.
  • Method
    • The National TIP-ID Registry includes  qualified organizations located across the US who can provide private, or professional services in Identification, Notification and Restoration.

Phase Four: Activation

  • Purpose
    • Providing response by trained, qualified and background verified individuals and organizations  in the three core competencies: Identification, Notification and Restoration the  victims of human trafficking.
  • Method
    • Advocacy Services: Speakers, Trainers and Evaluators.
    • Specialize Training: Training in specialized services.
    • Restorative Service Providers: Safe House Services, Basic Care & Well Being, Emotional, Behavioral and Spiritual restorative services.
    • Placement Coordination: Recommendations, re-homing or placement  recommendations and referrals within qualified foster or adoptive families.
    • Notification Jump Start: Follow-up on identification leads with passive Reconnaissance  for initial dossier development. Providing an informational jump start to law enforcement concerning Persons or Locations of Interest.
    • CRC Development: Raising and Equipping of Child Restoration Centers across the nation.
